Mio Technology DOO built the Fabrika Uspomena app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by Mio Technology DOO at no cost and is intended for use as is.
This page is used to inform visitors regarding my policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use my Service.
If you choose to use my Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that I collect is used for providing and improving the Service. I will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

Google Photos Data: Photos imported from Google Photos are stored locally on your device and are only uploaded to our printing service when you explicitly order a printed photo book. We do not share Google Photos data with any other third parties.

We will cooperate with law enforcement or regulatory authorities when required to fulfill legal obligations or protect our rights, safety, and the rights, safety, or privacy of our users.

Google Photos Integration

Our application integrates with Google Photos to enhance your photo book creation experience. Here's how we handle your Google Photos data:

What We Access:

We use the Google Photos Picker API (photospicker.mediaitems.readonly scope)
We only access photos that you explicitly select through the Google Photos Picker
We access photo metadata including filename, dimensions, and creation date

How We Use Your Photos:

Selected photos are downloaded and stored locally on your device only
Photos are used exclusively for creating your personal photo books
Photos are only uploaded to our printing service when you explicitly place an order for a printed photo book
We do not access, scan, or use your photos for any other purpose

Data Storage and Retention:

Photos from Google Photos are stored locally on your device
We do not store your Google Photos on our servers unless you order a printed photo book
You can delete imported photos from your device at any time through the app
Disconnecting Google Photos access will not delete photos already imported to your device

What We Don't Do:

We do NOT transfer or sell your photos to third parties
We do NOT use your photos for advertising, personalization, or interest-based ads
We do NOT use your photos for training AI or machine learning models
We do NOT allow humans to read your photo data except:
- When necessary for printing your ordered photo books
- For security purposes (investigating bugs or abuse)
- To comply with applicable law

Limited Use Disclosure:

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only use your Google Photos data to provide and improve the photo book creation features visible in our app interface.

Revoking Access:

You can revoke our access to your Google Photos at any time by:
- Disconnecting Google Photos in the app's account settings
- Removing access via your Google Account permissions page at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions

Changes to Privacy Policy:

We reserve the right to modify or update this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes made will be effective upon posting the revised version on our application. We encourage users to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any updates.

Log Data

I want to inform you that whenever you use my Service, in a case of an error in the app I collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing my Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Cookies

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.

Data Deletion Instructions

Please ensure that you are sure about the decision. Data deletion is irreversible.
Compose an email to be sent to kontakt@fabrikauspomena.rs.
Be brief and specific in your subject line. A suggested subject line could be: "Request for Personal Data Deletion".
In your email body, include the following useful information:
- Your Full Name
- Your Contact Information
If possible, mention the reason for the deletion request. Although this is not a mandatory step, it might facilitate the process.
Ensure your data description is comprehensive so that no confusion arises about what you refer to.
Verify your email and then send it to kontakt@fabrikauspomena.rs.
Wait for the acknowledgment of receipt of the deletion request. Typically, you should expect an acknowledgment within a few days.
